Of course these are the standard tube that suck up water for the hob filter. It is clear, I know I can use those testtube brush, is there an easier way............
I use a brush that came with my turkey baster from Target, meant for cleaning the baster. Works like a charm!
It's the disassembly of the filter that is the tricky part, but once you've done it once you can do it every time. I didn't clean my filter for a year, and it started acting up. I took it apart, cleaned every part out thoroughly with plain water, put it back together, and it works like NEW again.
Definitely worth the effort. Saves you the $50 for a new filter!
