Wow... somehow I missed the reply from the website. It is good they are responding and we can see the other side (and not in a veiled form).
I would personally like to answer any questions you may have regarding company policy for overseas shipping. You can always drop an email directly on website

Thank you- I did that back in May/June timeframe... twice... and never got a reply. Which is why I asked people on here if they had any luck ordering from your website. I
could try again but I am actually no longer in the market for anything so no need for me to... and, no offense, but you can understand why I would be skeptical to use your services.
It’s hard to create a company’s image but tarnishing it without firsthand experience with the seller and providing free for all unsound and unreasonable advice is purely unethical.
The point of this thread was not to bash the company but to ask advice from anyone who had shopped from it and to get first-hand advice.
I received first-hand advice from people. It's hardly "unethical" to ask people if they have experience with a company. Nor unethical to respond to a request. If you were accused of a scam and are not, you have to understand that in todays global climate and your less than perfect response/product delivery people could jump to that conclusion.
No one is out to tarr the company- but it doesn't help to aquire customers by attacking and accusing people of being unethical for expressing their experiences.
I was actually hoping when I started this thread a month ago to have a flood of reliable people reassuring me that, yes, it's a great place to do business, because the prices are very competative.
That didn't happen though.
Good luck with your venture.
