Its a Lake Titicaca Frog, Telmatobius culeus. These guys obtain most of their oxygen through their skin, live in Lake Titicaca in Peru & Bolivia at 3800m in elevation and can weight over a kilogram. Cool frogs!

Correct! I saw a special on these guys a few months ago (National Geographic Channel?) and they are definitely interesting oddballs of the amphibian world.
