120gal Tanganyika setup

One more thing, those Lepidio's are naughty.

You aint kidding Muske the Lepido's are down right vicious killers hehehe wouldn't have it any other way hehehe.. yeah i believe i am going to be receiving 1 male and 3 females.. but i am thinking i may put them in a 55gal standard size til they get bigger i believe they are coming in at 3" i would feel better about 4" with the Lamairi..

Yep sure will..

Update: Well they are still hiding right now and to be as mean as they are i can't wait for them to start patrolling the tank..

Will the Lamairi accept the Featherfins after establishing in the tank first?

Should be OK. Most set-ups I've seen w/Lepidio's have either cyps. or featherfins as the mid to upper level action. Also, the Lepidios will hug the rocks more leaving open water for others to play. When the FF start to spawn, the females will need to hide in the rocks to get away from the male which may cause a few fins to be ruffled by the bulkier Lepidio's.

this makes me wish i had bought them foai

Foai are great..

Yeah my Lepidio's are mostly inside the rocks on the bottom and my male is digging a pit already hopefully here soon babies will be coming..

Yes the Ventrailis will be fine in the tank with my Lepidio's..

Lamairi in hiding

For now these will have to do they are staying inside the rocks but i hope soon enough they will start to patrol the tank..

They are doing fine on frozen and freeze dried Krill for now i am hoping they will get used to the pellets.. would make my life easier hehehe..
