I'm glad to see some activity in the thread, at least. This is a long wait. Nice of Annie and JM to make an appearance too.. lmao.
Jpap, I have a question. In the thing you got, does it state that the demon possessed people go back to the reg selves after they are killed?? Meaning if we hit the LD, all the people who have been possessed revert back and it is game over?? How many possessed people are we facing? Will it really be over after JM and Annie are strung up??
Z: An invest on JM can't hurt.
Nothing in the rules about them changing back to themselves if the demon is lynched/exorcised. All I know is that they can keep their role while possessed which is why I am hesistant to believe the headlines outright in case the journalist was turned at some point. If it wasn't for the fact that Annie completely fabricated not one, but two roles, I wouldn't be following the newspaper.
This being the case... we'll just continue to narrow this down. If Z goes ahead with his hit on JM and Annie is already out of the way, there won't be any
new turns for us to worry about. So it's a process of elimination after tonight.
I still have my second invest. I would like to know who everyone would have me invest. I am leaning towards jm or Annie. I think by process of elimination one of them has to be the demon.

Jpappy, I have my investigations at nightfall too. You know I'm the journalist... and I'm one of 4 possible suspects of those who've already been turned. After Annie and JM are dealt with, it's down to: Me, DD, Ice, and Bugz.
I'll invest either DD, Ice, or Bugz tonight (whichever one you want me to) and post the result when I get it (no more day-long delays waiting for the next headline). Of the three, I don't have a good suspect yet. The only thing I noticed between those 3 names was that little flare-up between Bugz and Ice, which could have been done on purpose if it's them working together.. or nothing at all if they aren't. Aside from that, it doesn't matter to me (yet) which one I investigate first.
You know to consider the results I post suspicious (if I'm possessed) so you're not going to just follow whatever I say without question. Since we're able to do this out in the open, we all get to compare the same information now.
I know my invest results won't carry any weight at first (as they shouldn't), but they'll become more meaningful the next day... etc. I can't go back and change them later so I'll either be helping you locate the turns or incriminating myself. Whichever that is will become apparent taken into account with everything else. Either way it becomes one more piece of information for us to look at later as we continue.
Let me know which one to investigate first. (Happily, I don't have to decide that myself anymore.)
