Timer recommendations/ideas requested

I've got a outlet strip plugged into a timer, the strip runs (2) 65w CFs and my CO2 on a solenoid so they're on/off at the same(d'uh). I've been reading for some time about starting the CO2 2hrs before lights to prevent the pH spike and am finally gunna make the move. My denizens don't seem to have suffered from it though. Anyway, I have read that the Corallife and Aqualight 8 outlet strips alternate between the timers plugins meaning if one set is on the other if off, I need then to work independently . . does anyone know of a strip (a good one) that will do this?

I'm hoping there is an all-in-one type unit out there as oppose to setting up an electrical mess.

I'm being lazy by not doing the research myself.

I would buy a quality regular strip or GFCI strip for safety. Buy a timer for each item you want to control, and plug the timers into the strip. You can go with a simple mechanical timer like the ones from Target ($6) or you can get fancy and buy the Grasslin digital ($30) which has a battery backup that will remember your settings when the power goes out. This is how I run my CO2 and lights. I've looked at the Coralife and Aqualight outlets and didn't think much of the quality. They're also more expensive since they're "made for aquariums."

I have in the past had several of the timers the Drs and others offer and all have failed within the warranty period, but the manufacturer's would not honor them. Now go with individual timers I use in the house to time the lights tied into GFI strips as JPTJPT mentioned. Good luck.
