I have a very hard time believing that either of them are communicating given their connections to Dawg.

In this post, Pappy noted how you've contradicted yourself. And (according to your post which I've quoted above) that was because of the headlines.
Since you stated you accept one journalist's headline over the other.. citing that as your basis for suspicion on me.... I asked you a direct question based on that acknowlegement.
You didn't answer it.
In this post, I noticed Jpappy repeated the same question to you... and in an equally direct manner.
Same question asked a second time by another player... but did you answer it? Nope.. you dodged it completely.
So please explain this for me...

Kash, I agree. MC went from believing enough of what you said to place a vote on me to thinking you are mafia based on the headline along with claiming that you manipulate. Very strange.

2) I am interested in keeping the votes even. I agree that one of the two must be mafia, but it's an open question (i.e. the headlines don't help) which is which. We have two up on the bad guys right now, so I'm willing to change to kash for the purposes of keeping things even.

I tried but didn't understand what you meant. Was going to ask but forgot. Can you explain it again?
Ogre.. isn't not a good strategy to make this a direct run-off between me and Rich. Not only does that completely shut down all other discussion in the thread... but all the mafia players don't know who their own teammates are and all the town players don't know who their teammates are either. So you're asking half the players to put a known innocent up for lynching on purpose... regardless of whether that innocent is me or Rich. That's just bad logic and it leaves the decision up to be made by players who haven't the slightest idea yet which side either of us are on.
I love a two-way or three-way race when the majority of players vote in their documented suspects because that's what leads back to them later in the game. That's what works. But risking a known innocent on something so iffy sounds foolish to me. No offense intended (either to you or Zaffy who also suggested doing the same thing).
If I get lynched then or Rich does and we're revealed to be on whichever side we're on... how are you going to use that to go after the scum? All they have to say is they didn't know which headline to believe. It lacks direct accountability because they avoid naming and voting their actual suspects.
Have to agree with Kash on this one. Yes, it's a 50/50 chance for either but it doesn't get us past that. There's still what, 5 mafia left? So getting one could potentially take two days, and without knowing where the hits go we could be in big trouble at that point. And as Kash said then after that we wouldn't get very far because it's all just based on the 50/50 given by the headlines so it's not like you can lynch someone for taking that chance.
