I'm not ready yet, I have a ton of school work due this week and finals next week. After that I got three weeks off (

Vigilante Team Notes
We had a communicating board where I posted throughout the game - even after death. Annie wasn't available to participate. I still kept posting everything I could, hoping Annie would rejoin the game later and catch up fast. But Annie didn't have time to even read the thread, much less distill info or come up with strategy. After I was killed (N2).. our board became a reference point for Annie to skim real quick, post in the thread, then leave again. (I'd link you all to my vigilante board, but Zaffy would call me a potty mouth.)
Talking to myself with an absent partner drove me crazy. Fortunately, ACville has a very good sanitarium. I'm feeling much better now!
Day 1 - Invest Jpappy (Did not use our hit.)
Yes, Pappy... I knew you were NY mafia from the first nightfall. Also decided to take a chance letting you live an extra day instead of killing you Night 2. I wanted to use knowing your role + your activity level to flush out other suspects. Also expected someone else would kill you before I did anyway.
The first nightfall, I expected 3 mafia hits. So investigating someone like Ice or JohnLarson seemed a waste... I expected both of them to die the first 2 days anyway amid a flurry of mafia kills. No one stood out much either - my big question was investigate an active player (JPap, Ice, JL66, Noods, DD, ZSand)... inactive one (Rich, Zaffy, Luvbugz, TRS, RB)... or a noob (Froglover). Few hours before nightfall, I still couldn't decide. I didn't think all 3 teams would use up a hit the first night and if they did, odds of them hitting the same victim would be real high. I was also sick and couldn't judge time. Went with Jpappy at the last minute... just barely got our PM to Dawg 2 minutes before night.
Froglover lynched - Ice killed - result Jpappy = NY mafia. We learned one who voted Frog was mafia.
Day 2 - Invest Zsand (Did not use our hit yet on Jpappy... tempted as I was.)
Mafia hits.. Only 1 down, 5 to go. Yeesh. Too many bad guys and the scum side had too many hits. It was daunting going up against 3 mafia teams fully staffed with the sharpest players in the game.. virtually by myself. Knowing all 3 of those teams could investigate and kill whomever they wanted. They didn't even have non-communicating teammates to worry about. I didn't think I'd live long either. I was hoping I sounded short-sighted and harmless enough in the thread not to get myself killed this time. This was a tough game.. I had to be active enough I wasn't suspected as scum.. but aimless enough that I wouldn't be viewed as a threat to anyone. So much for that idea.
I thought Jpap was a goner.. after taking Ice out like that, the Cubans had to hit him. (I was thinking baseball bats used in Ice's death scene were a clue the NY mafia was behind the kill.) Of these names as possible investigations: DD, Luvbugz, Noods, RB, Zaffy, and ZSand. I went with Zsand. He seemed to be real timely and on target with his posting.. so he was paying close attention but wasn't showing up on our radar. Wanted to know if he was mafia or innocent.
Rich lynched - Me, Zsand, and DD killed - result Zsand = Cuban.
Day 3 Investigation: Rbishop (I didn't get to place our hit on Jpappy but Annie did.)
I was relieved that Rich flipped mafia scum after I voted him. All that stuff I'd posted about my "opinion" that all 3 people voting Frog was crap, by the way. The only reason I went with that in the thread was knowing Jpappy was scum and assuming Johnlarson was too. (Nice plan there.) What I really wanted to do was cover my butt to stay alive because I had no clue who to vote for... and that would let me switch around easier without having to come up with a good excuse. I thought TRS was innocent.. but by the time we got to lynching him, I intended to abandon my own theory and go another direction with something else.
At this point I was already dead so the game was over for me anyway. I just kept working out different scenarios to help Annie (if he could get back).
Of those playing, I had Jpappy, Johnlarson, and Noodles down as "definite" mafia... TRS as innocent... and Rbishop or Zaffy as a best guess who the doctor would be. Left that to Annie to pick between Rbishop or Zaffy for our investigation. Rbishop was killed too, so that's all we had to go on.
Day 4 No investigations... No more hits... and no communicating partner. Just waited for the outcome. And hoped for the best.
