spore review?

oh god, all of that just went right over my head, im not very tech savy by any means. we have a 2004 laptop that runs XP. its a peice of crap, and my school macbook wont let me run games.
 
I expected more biology as well
Sorry but I agree with everyone else as well, it has gotten more and more boring
I don't know anything about it any longer
 
The building and evolving parts are fun but the end game space stuff is boring after awhile.
 
i enjoy the whole stradegy kinda thing. i dont think i can get it to work on my old crappy computer though =(
 
um, just list the minimum requirements, because im not sure the specs of my computer. i know what stuff we dont have though, sorta. ill see.

Here are the requirements. What you can do to find out is download and temporarily install Everest. The link includes a 30-day free trial you can use to see precisely what you have. It saved my butt when I was installing Windows 7 and it couldn't recognize my old laptop's wireless card. BTW, you can get Pixel Shader 2.0 by downloading the latest Microsoft DirectX, which for you video card, is most likely 9.0. You can do that here.

wow, i think i MIGHT actually be able to play this. i have to download the pixel shader. but other than that i think i might be ok! ill have to use that program to check it now.

sorry, i was just saying you should build a gaming desktop. if you do you can upgrade parts as you need to instead of buying a whole new computer. if you know someone good with computers maybe they can translate and get you started. gaming pc's are not cheap though.

i dont have much money to spend on a PC, actually, i dont have much at all. that and i cant really justify spending alot because i hardly play video games anymore, i just dont have time. but every now and again i enjoy it.
