how big is the tank?
whens the last time you did a water change?
the tanks around 15 gallons. i havent changed the water since it has only been a week when i fixed the tank.

a 15 gallon tank is probably too small for one angel long term, nonetheless 12

if your tank is outside your fish may be too cold unless you live in a very tropical place

regarding the testing kits, i checked other stores in my place and near my school. none of them have kits or equipment to test and check the water. i was only able to test the pH of the water because i was able to get pH paper from school.
