More new photos this week! They didn't actually get any new stock in, but I got to see some stuff that was hiding last week. Also, another case of a monster fish dropoff.

First, a few pretty pictures.

Gold gourami....feel like someone is watching you?

He also had someone give him some fish today....although it's debatable whether he should have taken them or not.
An adult angelfish, a foot long iridescent shark, a foot long black shark and a foot long pleco. The owner had been keeping them in a 55 gallon tank, and transported them to the store in one bucket with a gallon of water in it. Ugh.

Here is the poor angel. I can't believe he even survived the trip. Obviously, he's a little beat up.

The iridescent shark. He is big, and has some damage to his face.

The black shark. Missing some scales, and has some nose damage.

And a shot of the black shark and pleco. You can see the plecos nose is pretty beat up.

And, my mega score for the day. I got these for free, since he had doubles of all of them.

Cool the aquarium atlases have a ton of fish species. Looks like a really cool store. I wondering about the mandarin dragonet though, he seems kinda sickly looking.

gosh sw fish are so much more intricate than fw fish!although i love that gold gourami!!!!!!!!!!!!! mind if i use him as my avatar sometime?lol

Hm. Now that you mention it, it almost does look like his skin is a little funny. I'll mention it to Brent. It is a VERY small specimen, so he may just not have noticed.

Well, this probably highlights SW fish more than FW. The FW section is pretty dismal right now, as the store is being remodeled.

Nice find. Are you sure the black shark was damaged during the trip? My LFS has a 30 year old black shark that has some strange growths on his eye/face.

Nice pics!
