Jpap - I feel like he trapped Ag.
DD - I feel like she followed the crowd on Ag, and now on Jpap. That's not like her imo.
Mich - Imply the game isn't worth playing if you're not scum, and he's still playing.

I'd add lab_rat for playing up the "Ag was the detective who Jpap killed" angle. Jpap couldn't have known the identity of ag yet, so the fact that Ag was the detective is irrelevant to that scenario.

Just a fun little tidbit...the chance that I would be mafia in 3 consecutive games is approximately 0.020625. Not very good odds there...I bet the mafia scum are loving how this game is going. :shakehead: I'm worried for the town.

I was scum in game 61, 60, and 59, and 57. So it's not unheard of.

Okay, it was a really long and slightly traumatic night but I'm going to put out there what I can. Sorry if I'm a little scattered.

My fault, I misread. I thought you said "it more looks like..." rather than what you said.

Anyways...it looks like both you and Zaffy think I baited Agass but nothing I say can convince you otherwise.

This is the biggest thing bothering me about Jpap at this point. It's not so much that I think you baited Ag, though I can see how it can look that way. And I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. But I give you way more credit than to think you would honestly barrage Ag with the same line of questioning that got him shot last game. He has mentioned several times that he doesn't pay much attention to the games, and someone (I think Rich, might be wrong) confirmed that even when he was communicating mafia he barely played. To me, Ag wasn't scum he was ignorant.

All that being said, the suspicious part to me is that you kept up with the same argument when other things are going on. What I know of you when you're innocent is to have "many irons in the fire" as opposed to "all your eggs in one basket". That's what makes it feel to me like you "led the charge". And I'm anxious to hear your thoughts on this.

I keep thinking about the Ice debate. My initial thoughts are that Ice brought up the whole "I'll be taken out early no matter what" thing at the end of the last game thread. He also mentioned it in the sign up thread. My gut says this isn't a ploy, but that Ice is tired of being taken out early because he like playing the game. In both of the other threads, he could not have known the role he would have this game.

I can see it as a ploy, but I FEEL like it's a bit of a stretch. I'm going to go back and look through and I'll be back with what I THINK.

PS... all of this is working up to my list of 4 suspects, so stay tuned. I can't help but think of Kasha's idea from last game. I'd be REALLY interested in hearing a list of maybe 3 people that folks think are leaning townie. This is what we're best at picking out anyway.

Here's what I'm seeing with Ice... (as always, if I've missed a post, let me know)

So how do I play this game...

Pretty sure no matter what I'm out early. Either the mafia will hit me or the town will lynch me for not being hit.

I guess I'll take solace in knowing if the town waits out the mafia I'm at least a speed bump in the mafias plan.

Okay. This topic came up a lot last game. I can easily see how this could be a ploy, but again I'm trying to give benefit of the doubt.

JL isn't someone you figure out. He is one you need to use your gut on. He is very crafty in not giving away his role or tying himself in with other mafia if he is one of them.


I vote to lynch Zaffy

Until he explains how he ran the random number gen, did he include his name also?
Also for voting Dawg based on a generator but pointing a finger at Kash for blocking access to the site at his work. Voting one way and pointing at another is sure scum tell, right Zaffy?

A little insight into JL and from what I can tell, mostly banter.

Not only the 1st switch but this is the 2nd time he has posted that Alex is usually quiet.

I retract my bogus vote on Zaffy and vote to lynch Agi.


I don't know why a random vote would be switched just because that player showed up. Was it not random Agi? Was your vote going to actually stay on Razz if they didn't show up? Your vote was placed right after Rich said something about random votes so I'm assuming it was random.

This caught my attention at first. It's also a little concerning to me that Ice would hold Ag accountable for erratic behavior when that seems to be his MO.

I noticed I put 2 players as one in my post back there. I said Agi said something Alex was quiet twice when in fact it was Agi and Lab that said it.

Ok...so I've been thinking. I think the towns best option with me is to make me a pocket mafia. Don't follow my lead, take everything I say with a grain of salt. If we get down to only needing 1 or 2 mafia players to kill then take me out.

To put the mafia on edge I'm going to come out and say the Dr should protect me. This way if the mafia try to hit me and fail everyone knows I'm innocent. The Dr doesn't really need to protect me though because the mafia won't know if I'm protected or not.

The bolded part, I just don't understand. First... I try not to follow anyone's lead and I take everything with a grain of salt. As with all of us, you'll go when your time comes. It seems to me that your lobbying for position is what's making you a target. And I get that. To protect yourself, find scum; don't lobby.

The italicized part has drawn much attention. The underlined part not so much. I can see how this looks suspicious. It did to me at first too.

JL I thought you said you read the last game.

If you had picked out 3 mafia in a row with nothing more then lists and gut feelings wouldn't you feel a little out in the open?

All I'm asking is that you let the mafia waste a night by hitting me and don't help them by lynching me and if we're lucky the Dr will be protecting me the night they try to hit me so the entire town will know I am innocent.If it gets later into the game and I'm not proven innocent yet then take me out. Why would anyone be against that unless they are afraid I'll find them out?

The bolded part of this feels like honesty to me. The last paragraph makes sense. Hopefully the doctor will be protecting whoever the mafia hit from here on out.

Wow Noods. You are willing to vote off a possible townie because she fooled the town last game? If she has proven herself to be a good player doesn't that make her an asset to the town also?

If Lab comes up mafia it doesn't mean anyone on Lab is innocent. You've shown yourself that voting off a team mate even on night 1 isn't out of the realm of possibilities.Z and I did it a few games back accidentally before you guys started doing it on purpose.

I didn't overlook anything. You said a large part of the reason was because she outplayed Vets. That means a small part is because of the comments. If it was the other way around I'd agree with you and not call you on it.


I see a case for Lab, not what you guys are pointing out but I can see a lot of finger pointing by her which I never like on Day 1. How can you put so much suspicion on so many people after 1 day? It just adds to the confusion.





I don't understand why the Don gets 3 days of free invests when the mafia lose nothing from his death.Pretty much give the game to the mafia as the 1st 3 invests need to be invested again to make sure 1 wasn't the Don.
So the Detective needs to invest players he thinks might be the Dr so they can communicate.

Good case and all good points Kash. Just wrong answer to the analysis.

I'm not pleading as much as I'm trying to make the mafia wonder if the Dr will believe me and protect me or not.This way they either don't hit me and the Det can safely investigate me ( Day 4 or later) or hit me while under protection so the Det doesn't need to waste an invest to see I'm innocent.

Again, I can see what Ice is saying here with making the mafia wonder. It seems like Ice is playing a little defensively. But I know he's a good enough player to know this would get him lynched if he were mafia.

Because no invest the 1st 3 days that show innocent can be deemed 100% innocent (except the Dr) because the Don shows innocent the 1st 3 days.

I just looked back and the last game I made it past night 2 was game 56 when Kash and I got turned evil.

So except for the 1 game I hosted the past 5 of 6 games I've been taken out by night 2.
I stand by my new strategy to make the mafia rethink hitting me.

Okay... Ice is putting time into looking into old games to see how far he made it. I don't really know what to think about that... at all. It seems a townie would be looking through this thread.

You also said earlier my strategy had changed. Since you've never played I'm assuming you're using an excuse that others have brought up.
Always alarms me when a new player votes me. Usually they are told to vote me as they wouldn't know to do it on their own.


Well this worked for me last game don't see why it wouldn't this game. Coupled with voting records it should help a lot.

Lab- pretty quick to jump onto Jpap after a day 1 night fall, also says Noods is her 1st choice but voted Jpap.

Noods- seems preoccupied, she tied Lab with Agi but it was still early. I still don't like that a large part of her reason for the vote was because she fooled us last game.

Zaffy- posts look like he was setting up Jpap because he knew Agi was going to come back innocent.

It'll be interesting to come back to this list assuming Ice survives night 2.

I've got to stay on the fence with Ice. He seems to be kicking bushes at times, but seems to spend a lot of time angling for his own survival. I can see where he's coming from with that. It sucks to get taken out early.

I can see both sides of this one.
