Do I need to have a crisis situation to have bacon sent to me? Is it Canadian bacon or American bacon? In Canada do they still call it Canadian bacon or just bacon? Do I get a choice of thick or thin sliced? Peppered or Applewood smoked?

For even CHUCK NORRIS gets stopped in his tracks at the mere thought of bacon.

Truly, I shall create for you a treat. Winnipeg cracked rye bread, a caramalized fiji apple slice, carbonera creme mustard, mapple chili smoked canadian bacon, sweet crisp field greens, garlic infused soft sundried tomatoes made into a relish with shallots and red onions topped with white cheddar and slipped into a salamander for a good broil. For a side pan saute' bacon and artichoke crisps.
