OMG....That was so deep. So sad. Depressingly heartbreaking.

Looks like everyone who smokes on my cellphone will be getting a text message tonight. Not sure if it'll help, but I'm going to try. I've tried to non-invasively suggest to all my smoking friends to stop - again, and again, and again; I've told them that it's not worth it and that it's chipping time off their live span. Many people like Charlotte (his mom) say that smoking takes the stress away and helps them cope with life -- I think that's a really sad excuse. If people thinking coping with life in America is bad, they should take a Prozac and visit some of these third world countries and see what stress and dealing with life is like.

It's fact: smoking kills. It's slow -- it's vile -- it's the truth. Don't be a bad influence on your children, siblings, family, and friends. Break the cycle -- stop today.:thumbsup:

The sad part is I recently lost my grandmother to COPD, she sounded and looked just like the lady in the video and I would leave her room to go smoke.

I don't smoking anything - never have, never will. But to answer your question, the reason why cigarettes are not illegal is because politics. The tobacco industry (plus alcohol industry -- alcohol can kill too) pays big $$$$$$$$$ to have powerful people on their side.
