We need to be careful about spreading out to much. We don't want to spread so thin that a 3rd or 4th vote on someone can be the kill vote.

Noted, and disagreed with. If we are all on 2 people then there is a much lower chance for them to be mafia. We should spread out, but not too much. Maybe 5 votes per person. That would make it 3 people a risk 5 votes each or around that.

I quoted jpaps post and I thought I put out my thought pretty clearly. Jpap stated that to lynch someone it would take a "huge train". That statement is false. It will take over 50% of the vote.

Today it will take 8 votes to lynch someone. It could come down to a close race between two players.

Now there is the whole spread the votes idea, which is exactly what the mafia will be doing. My guess is that many players will wait to vote and many will want it to just be 72 hour days.

I have to say that u are incorrect here. It could end up going for all 72 hours in a full ay without 8 votes on a single person.

For that i have only to say, not just the mafia can do this. The masons can do this if they think its necessary. You may be tring to help, but still, saying that ONLY the mafia will do that is setting up a number of people to be suspect, and is pressurizing everyone to vote sooner and maybe mess up.

This is also how I see day 1 playing out, like jpap and Ice said.

This is a good point. If it's spread too thin, mafia scum can place a last minute kill vote or two on an innocent before the 72 hour time limit.



You don't think 8 is a "huge train"? I think 8, or even 7, is a "huge train". Yes, 8 vs 7 is a close race, but also two huge trains. I agree, spreading the vote is probably playing into the scums hands, since they can place their kill vote as they see fit. We also need to be careful, as I'm sure the scum would love it if the two huge trains were formed on two innocents. Right now, I'm not sure the best way to approach this game. 3 horse race? I would think in this game format, the scum would try to lay low for a while.

For this i say "thats what i was thinking!" and have to agree, a 3 horse race sounds good. 5 votes on each and its totally random, just what the mafia wont want, unless the 3 people are all innocents.

Why are you clarifying that WE don't know if JPap is innocent? Where did you claim JPap was innocent before? And now you clarify what JL said but how could you ever interpret what JL said in his posts as "the mafia won't try to start a train on someone they know is innocent"

FF, this comment is still bugging me...I still need you to pull the post of where JL said this. I'm guessing it is in a PM or chat room somewhere. Am I right?
