Mafia 65: Masons and Mafia (Game Thread)

my last post should have been immediately after ice posted #163

Just wanted to post this before I head out of town since I'm not sure how much time I'll have to get on the internet. Grandfather was in hospital last week so I'm going down to help he and Grandma out for a little while to get readjusted and whatnot. So I'll be flying down to Florida on Monday after having to drive up to Columbus for my flight.

Anyway my thoughts on the whole JL / FF thing is I can understand why JL wants to distance himself from FF. If FF had been all over the board like he is in this game and he started going crazy on my name I would want to get some distance from that ticking time bomb. However the possibility that FF is trying to be reeled by his team I don't see very likely so either they are all trying to distance themselves from him and locking him outside the house or FF just doesn't have a home (the ole homeless innocent FF).

That being said
I vote to Lynch FF!
You're just too all over the place and while that is kind of your game style (or might just be thought process, ask my sister about what drugs are good for that) it just seems to risky that you are mafia trying to hide in the wide open.

Anyway I will try and log in again tonight and hopefully tomorrow to figure out whats been going on while I'm traveling. Also does Tex's post of "I'm here!" count as a post? He could of at least said "Sorry I farted in the computer room three days ago and it still stinks so I can't be in here long
enough to post anything substantial."

I sort of think that a team group would want a random guy to accuse random people of semi-random things, just to see their reactions.
I have a mansion with fishtanks everywhere, i dont need no team.
I remember last time i tried that. It was pathetic.

Why is Dawg your number 1, and JL your number 2? Why do you think they are on the same team?

Well, if JL was not on Dawgs team then why would dawg get into a fight with me over it?

I'd like to see them both write 100 words or more explaining how they have come to this conclusion.

My brain hurts just thinking about that, Look Up.

The above post by you doesn't explain why you are voting with JL to oust Dawg when you could have voted JL and not voted with either of your suspects.

Jpap, doesn't that scare you even just a little bit? :eek3:

LOL.

Dag, this just seems like a really easy vote to throw...FF might be mafia hiding in the open? Yet you say the way he's posting is just his normal gamestyle. I don't understand what it is that you consider to be a risk.

I honestly have to agree with Zaffy. I don't think the whole FF/JL situation has a lot to do with either player's roles. What I do find most interesting about the issue is the way Dawg attacked FF...it's not the type of play style I'm used to from him.

Dawg is #1, JL #2.

Very good point. I can't see why you would vote with one of your suspects unless you had a good case against the person your suspect is voting for.

Being that it is day 1 still and we are talking about FF I don't see how he could have a very good case on anyone just yet.

Not an acceptable answer. You could have voted for your 2nd suspect without having to vote with either suspect.

What puts Dawg ahead of JL? From what I can tell its because he defended JL by going after you.
If that is the case then what does it matter which one is lynched to you? The fact that you vote with JL against Dawg and then Tex did the same makes me even more confident that JL got stuck with you and Tex.

Vote Count

Dawg (4) - Lab 65, JL 135, Tex 156, FF 160
FF (3) - Dawg 54, Daga 155, Ice 162
Tex (1) - Z 97

Not voting: Jpap, Razz, Zaffy, Wiz, Kash, Annie, DD

With 15 alive, it takes 8 to lynch

I can't shake the feeling that we're chasing our tail with focusing on FF so much. Like I said before, comparing his play between his first game when he was mafia and deliberately trying to muddy the waters with the last his last game, where he was innocent, I feel he is playing more like he did when he was innocent. What I think is much more interesting/important are the reactions he is getting from people. Namely Dawg, and to a lesser extent, JL.

I can't say I blame JL for reacting the way he has...I would probably be a bit  too if I were tied in to FF. So I can understand why he has said what he's said. His reaction concerns me much less than Dawg's reaction.

What I've seen from Dawg has been opportunistic behavior one would not expect from an innocent. He's grabbed onto FF and gnawed on that bone this entire time. A behavior I would expect from mafia scum, try to keep the focus off your teammates and get an innocent lynched. He's twisted what FF has said all around (not that it was clear in the first place) and I feel he is muddying the waters. I have not gotten the slightest pro-town vibe from Dawg. I'm pretty happy with my vote on him at this point.

I'm interested to hear from Kash, I don't think she's posted much yet. Dag, I don't understand your reasoning for voting FF, care to explain more why you think he's scummy?
