lol good catch.. but if you look at the time, i did this at 3 in the morning.

And no these guys are captive breed snakes, they do not eat toads.
These are mice only eaters.

Typically the problem matic feeders are Easterns. Westerns usually do not have a problem. Some do go off feed during winter. I have a dark phase one that gave me problems one year. But after that, not a single issue.

I love them, Trick... I tried to get mine to eat pinkies and goldfish, all I wound up with though was a cold expired pinkie and a 10 gallon quick setup of 3 comets... LOL Good luck with them, they are beauties and so so much fun to have.

DD Not sure if you had an eastern... but the Westerns are all good mouse eaters. These guys are fantastic. A nice sized small snake with a cute lil face. I love my hognose.

Trick, I definitely had an Eastern. His coloring was a little darker than what you are showing and the bands were more pronounced. He was beautiful and I loved that little guy. He was a good snake.
