180 litre is what, like a 48 to 50 gal tank is it? Its like I pointed out, smaller size tank can have a certain number of marine hobbyist be successful. The problems come when they be beginners or novice is were they often fail to maintain a healthy tank. Of course, this type of failure can happen even with having a sump and skimmer, due to the same carelessness in becoming lazy to do their best for their marine pets. Its like you said, you do a every two week carbon change, the same as I done back in my early days in the hobby. I seen so many changes in aquarium equipment, many good were as some you could do without, namely one be that seaclone skimmer.
Like once I do start up my 240, it will have a 125 gal sump, my weekly water changes will be done from the sump and I would still were the rubber gloves not to cause and more stress then I must. Im looking very forward to when the time would come, but im sure that even with my heat at my house been repaired, im still facing a wait period that might go well into 2011.
For one thing, even that I have much LR, I feel that I couldn't be able to use this LR being that I had it for almost seven years now doing nothing other then its in its proper salinity, so the cost here will be another $3,000 for the LR.
