And what makes you think, Noods, that the gunslinger format will continue indefinitely when in THIS game it's a different game format following each nightfall. Once the gunslinger fires the gun....... it's nightfall again.

Where did Pappy say we're playing this format now for 48 hours. If he did, I haven't seen it.

So according to this list and who has already posted it seems we are waiting for...JL, RB, Ogre, Rich or Fire to shoot.

I'd guess the gun went to Rich because then there wouldn't be another confirmed innocent. Just a guess.

He didnt say it would go for 48 hours but neither did he say there will only be one shot allowed, "if he did I haven't seen it".... It would make sense to let this format play out for at least a days time IMO.

IMO the GS should take the shot on Kashta. I beleive Jb as there is no reason and no benefit to falsely RC. Let's hope that the GS is one of the more active players and will actually be in the game sometime this decade.

Kash how do you know there are 3 mafia?

I don't Dawg. I was going by their original loss of HN plus the turn they picked up later. But there might just be 2 at this point (Ogre and JB) if that turn was reversed last night.

Another reason the remaining mafia would resort to this now trying to get us to kill another innocent by mistake.

Perhaps the turn they chose the other night just got turned back and they're down to just Ogre and JB again. And they expect Ogre's not going to live long since we came real close to lynching him before finding out he was wrong about Zsand.

Let's just play out your scenario here Kash. Let's say they do have 3. JB falsely role claims...they shoot you. Now we have 10 innocents and 3 scum and we know JB is scum at that point (dead) and we still don't trust Ogre for claiming he knew what Z was and also being caught in a lie (dead). Now it's 10 innocents to 1. How's that good game play??

Disregard the Noods quote above. I was going to pull that to show another person (most likely townie) who's got caught up in the urgency JB is pushing now for the shooter to act prematurely.

I'm not pushing for anything but shooting you Kash. The timing is entirely up to the GS. I've pushed the who. Not the when.

Kash it appears that you see Ogre and JB as scum from the post above. If there are 3 left who do you suspect is the 3rd and why? Who are you leaning innocent right now?

I never for a moment suggested JB's actions are good game play. This strikes me as a last ditch attempt to save Ogre.

JB would have played this smarter to continue laying low as he's been doing all along and just let Ogre take his lynch. There was a very good chance the shooter might have taken aim based on some other theory he/she had and this whole "just shoot Kashta because I say so" effort is a frantic idea they thought sounded good.

That I can see too, considering they know the townie PRs have been investigating them. Ogre was already demonstrated the exact same tactics. He was also at risk and exposed himself going after Zsand so hard... they've lost the turn they were counting on... and they made a stupid choice hitting FF.

Once FF turned out to be just a townie and a communicating innocent and they were afraid Ogre was the next scum to die.. all it takes is one investigation to identify Jb and they lose.

From what we can see of the mafia's strategy based on nightfall results (which isn't much), they haven't made very good tactical decisions, IMO.

With all due respect, JB, that is absolute trash. You know full well this is a nightless format and the timing is depending SOLELY on one person's opinion. All you had to do was present a convincing claim to misdirect the shooter. Then they think it sounds logical on the surface and fires the shot before the rest of us have a chance to do what we need to do and offer alternate suggestions.
