Any other snake lovers??

Trickster do you breed any of your ball pythons? Any interesting morphs?

Not yet.. I have a bunch of normals from my ex. When she left, she left her ball pythons. I in turn kept them. I have a pair of pastels and i am working on getting some spiders and hopefully some yellow bellies this year. Those morphs are the nice start for making some great looking animals.

I got to see this morph at the lastest show here in MN, it was a Marc Bailley snake. A friend of mine took this picture. The picture does not do this animal justice. The colors pop out in person. It was day glow..

It had a price tag of 5k. He had a snake there that he was offered $20,000 for but did not sell it. I wish i had a picture of it, it was hot, a yellow ball python with a broken stripe.

As for breeding this year? well i tried my bulls but no luck. I could breed corns but I am gonna hold off as well. This year i am focusing on cleaning house and organizing my herp room. Buying caging for my growing collection. Little snakes grow and they need bigger cages.

I love Snakes with a passion. If only I had more
I have a Florida Ribbon Snake right now, but I'm probably gonna get either a Kenyan Sand Boa or a Western Hognose over the summer.

I have hognose snakes here. I have 2.1 right now. I am planning on getting some more down the line but I want good quality animals. I have a dark male and I personally like my cleaner brighter colored normals i have.

I am a snake lover also. I haven't had any sine 2002. I had a house full at one time. I had a snake day care going on back then. My friends wife wouldn't let him keep all the snakes he had in the house. So he paid me to keep them to my house and take care of them. Of course I had my own snakes as well. I've had rainbow boas, corns, ball pythons, columbin red boas, and some sort of het. boa. I owned one of two of the crt's and the corn-ball python. Along with a green iggy that was my sons. I miss my boas and corns. Not a real big fan of pythons. I was cleaning a mobile home after the people moved out and I found the poor little Ball in a 10 gal fish tank on cedar shavings not water and it was so skinny. I always used aspen shavings for my snakes bedding. I also used Repti safe in the water. It sure kept all mine healthy and happy along with a few mice or rats once a week . I learned the hard way that you can't thra pinkies in the micro. My son called the pop corn pinkies. lol. I breed and froze my own mice rats. Everyone knew to look in the butter tub before you go to thawing it. lol. I miss my snakes Thanks for sharing

I LOVE hognoses. It was the first snake I ever caught when I was 4 with my bare hands. I ended up scaring the crap out of my parents with that little move. Anyways, if I get into snakes I'd love to get a few of the hypo orange albino morphs.
