Best small algae eater?

Otos are the best. I just got some of them and they are fun. Petsmart has them on sale for 1.00 too.

jpappy789 have you thought about stop feeding if you have algae in your tank. think fish i mean if i knew i was gona fed i wouldnt bother skimming the tank for algae either i wait for you to feed me it may take them a week or so but if you stop feeding they will eat algae off the glass.

Is the tank set up yet?? Or is your boss concern about future algae???

If tank is not set up yet and no live plants, get a light that does not promote algae (or will not as much). If there are no plants you may add an algaecide.

No pleco because of their potential size, but I didn't know that bristlenoses stayed small.....

Bristlenose/rubberlip plecos are amazing algae cleaners i had one in my 29 which at the time was an algae mess and within a couple weeks the glass was almost spotless and stayed that way.

You can keep a bristle nose in a 55 gallon. I have four long finjuvie's in a 75 gallon, hoping for a pair to form.

You can't have an algae-less tank. You're setting yourself (or your boss is) for a lot of unnecessary trouble.
