Mafia 72-Vampires game thread

My other problem is that 2H is under suspicion because we think he's being coached. If he was all ready being coached why would he recruit a new coach?

1. I meant Dracula when I said LV, but you are right after the extra bite he is just like any of the other vamps. Staking order doesnt matter really, but I am sure ice is guilty

2. Why wouldn't they want more veterans with lots of game playing experience on their side? More opinions for what to do.

I didn't notice this until Chill quoted JM's post...
Noodles here refers to the "concensus" as though this is a foregone conclusion. Like Chill, I haven't come to the same conclusion so what consensus are you talking about, Noods? The one you and Ice came to? Please forgive me if I'm not ready to jump on board just yet. The slayer's done pretty well so far even if it was luck.

First off, FF is perfectly capable of sending a pm to call for a turn. He may be a little spastic, but the kid tries really hard not to screw up. Then we come to "the supposed team". Again... what supposed team? The one Ice proposed?

I'd have to go back and check if JM's voted yet, but I can see Noods, Ice and JM setting him up with this. I'm starting to believe more and more that FF is innocent.

I never said that there already was a conscensus, I said the slayer could make the hit if there was a conscensus on who it should be on. Stop twisting my words! If everyone posted their top two suspects, we could line one up for the lynch/stake and the slayer could take out the other one. Furthermore, I am not on a team with Ice or anyone. Lord, I wish was able to communicate this time around; maybe I would be able to makes heads or tails of things.

Who on this "team" has all the so called experience? This is my 4th game? maybe 5th. FF has played a few that I wasn't around for but experience? I doubt it, I'm betting Ice has played 3x as many games as all of us combined. Just for the record Ice is a vampire, Wiz has to be a vampire, and I'm getting pretty sure that Noods is a vamp too. I am pretty sure that FF is an innocent, a confused and erratic innocent. I also believe last night that the vampires targeted kashta, it makes no sense to skip sending in a bite / turn for a possible future staking.

Let's see, you confirm that Ice is a vamp, Wiz has to be, and pretty sure that I am too? you seem pretty sure of yourself. Care to share your wonder juice so we all can have infinite wisdom?

Can we PLEASE get past the FF crap. I believe he's a townee, but even if I'm wrong we can take him out last.

Anyone who thinks the vampires missed a bite is crazy. They have a team of at least three, and Jpap as a advisor. If they are that bad of players, why haven't we taken out a single one yet.

Is it not at least possible that they bit a dead Kash, and the slayer also staked a dead Kash.

And now a question I would like cleared up. Would that not mean our slayer still has two stakes?

What makes you think the slayer staked Kashta? That would be pretty stupic to waste a stake on someone that was very likely in the running for a tie to be lynched!!

It appears that Ice is the most popular guy on campus and based on the results from Kashta's lynch and theory I am more then willing to jump on board and see if she was correct. I just have this nagging feeling that both were/are on the same side but not knowing it due to not being able to communicate.

Not saying your wrong G but, then shouldn't we have been told that nothing was called in.
Actually, yes I would think so...but more if it was sent in and didn't happen would be more of an important issue, for the mod to state.
In most games I've played yes if they didn't send something in it was stated...but it should of been stated and most likely would of been (basing on Labs first nightfall) if it failed.

1) big reason...to confuse the town!

2) They didn't know for sure who would go. By not taking the bite they can "frame" either one, they could say as has been stated the bite was for the one who didn't go. Had the bite happened, they couldn't very well do that could they.

What do they gain from confusion? Day 2 outcome is the same, Day 3 outcome is likely Ice either way so no benefit achieved. They risk a slayer attack tonight, and a ghost attack and possibly another slayer attack on day 4. Getting fancy with a pointless set up buys them nothing and the delay increases their risks. Confusion versus an increase in numbers doesn't seem worth the risk. Better to grow their numbers or diminish ours so they have a better control of the vote.

Chill you are acting like this is your first game or something, are you serious with that statement?

I think the rest of the post explained what I meant G. The benefit of confusion does not outweigh the benefit of the turn/bite in this game at this time. It's simple risk/reward anaylsis.

In our opinion that is, I can and do see a good advantage on their part for it.

Right now I think we need to see if Lab will clarify and go from there. IMO in these set ups all nightfall activity should be stated unless it states in the rules it wont be.

There only seems to be two options Noodles. 1) the slayer didn't call in a stake, or 2) they called in a stake on a dead Kash.
In either case we weren't told. I've read enough to know that there has been other questions about rules before. Remember the time travel game? The OP doesn't always do things like they have been done before, and it's foolish of us to say it was that way before, so it is that way today.
I simply asked if it wasn't a possibility.

Can we stick another stake in Pappy's ashes for creating that game, and one in 2H for bringing it up? :pc:
