The way I read that rule sounds like JB is allowed to still participate in scumden, but it's not allowed for scum to relay his posts from there.
I think LG initially wanted to cut the dead out of scum chat totally, but later she changed her mind. It's either in the last game thread or the mafia game thread.
Besides that though, UN has used words like Skim pants, which are words I use, but also a type of word play that JB has used the passed.
There was a game a while back where JB, Lab_Rat and I were scum together, the 3 of us had a great time in our own thread, It had almost as many posts as the game thread.

I'm suspicious of Pap but can't help have doubt as he and JB were playinf a similar game - wouldn't they have avoided that

I keep wondering why RB and can't help but think he may have spooked someone when he called Bally about lurking while invisble. Did another invisible person wonder about RB watching for PM's. Didn't Judge figure out a game from watchiing for PM's once - who was playing at that time?
I remember being scum with DD once and she didn't want to communicate by PM and she specifically mentioned RB at that time.
