I think Razz finally gets to pick on the low posters without sounding hypocritical. But I agree, especially since Rb rarely shares anything on D1, DD is typically a lower poster, and for all I know Jmax has something going on in RL. Short day or not, we are just over 24 hours into the game. You can't expect people to post a lot.

Which brings me to this question: Why so attacking all of a sudden? I don't remember ever seeing you like this but to be honest it has been a while since I played with you. You're rather talkative.

so your suspicion of RB is based purely on the fact he has one post? few posts, especially on day one, is typical RB IME.

Well I only played with RB a few times and I never really noticed that he was quiet until later, but if everyone thinks this is normal then ok. Now that being said, I still would like to hear more from him.

I did say he was my second suspect, didn't I? Pat is still my top suspect and will probably recieve my vote tonight unless something big happens with someone else.

Well yes the lower poster thing paid off last game - however when you're low posters are known to have been low posters regardless of alignment in the past then I don't see it being helpful.

A more interresting post count is you being close to leading the pack.

In certain games it has...I believe in the gunslinger game Ice targeted lower posters or maybe I just remember him saying that he would. Then again we ended up losing anyways...

But in a normal game like this I just see it as a way for someone to put a vote out there because they have to.

For now I vote to lynch PP (Patrick Paul - I just wanted to say PP)

I think a Jock would more likely try to convince us they are a geek than the other way around. We need more mafia strategy talk and a little less fluffy geek talk.

He's my front-runner to vote for too, if I were voting at this point. And I agree, with shortened day 1, we need to get down to business in finding scum. Unfortunately, I'm going to be out most of the day, but should be on closer to nightfall. Minimum I should be able to periodically check my phone.

I agree with lab, we need to start talking about how we are going to sort out jocks. We all need to get some names out there and up the post count. It would be very easy for scum to hide down with the people who only have one or two posts.

So I will start. My top suspect is Pat. He seems to have made a slip up and when caught chose to ignore all the questions that were asked. I find that scummy. If you really wanted to help the town (sorry ACU) you would answer those questions and give out your thoughts.

My second suspect is RB. He only has one post out of the 180 some posts as of now?!?! He is down there with Pir (who had a reason) and Noods (who wanted to get into the game). This far along he could of at least posted something to get us talking.

I see a lot of would-be jocks out there that aren't piping up.. I think we need to hit them first and hard. Who hasn't said a peep this game and has been flying under the radar? Sounds like a jock thing to do to let the geeks turn on themselves!

Ok, so it seems that bunch of people jump onto pat, and then he shrugs it off with more of a non-sense post. That makes it sound to me like he is trying to go under the radar by not arguing or making a big case in his defense. IME when I'm innocent I ALWAYS try as hard as possible to prove so, (and when I'm guilty:silly: too but thats a different story entirely) Anyways, I find it strange that he has gotten so many votes so quickly. Would hate to see him turn innocent, but for lack of better suspects I vote to lynch pat
If pat shows up tonight and makes a good case against some other players then he might prove himself innocent. Do you have anything to say for yourself pat?

That's an easy thing to say to make it look like you're helping without actually helping. Care to let us in on the names of these would-be jocks you are seeing?

I've never played with Judge yet, but this seems pretty normal that Rb and DD are our low posters. I don't think it's something we should let them get away with though.

I agree, DD and Rb aren't high posters at all.

My post implied that I was pointing at the low-posters.. Or people who have only posted to instigate *cough*Lady G*cough*

Day 1 strategy is oxymoronic in my opinion. Typical day 1 is leap on a slip, lynch an innocent, apologize, move on, try to find some pattern in the voting that can help Day 2.

I'm okay with asking for thoughts but if we don't allow people to post their fluff there isn't much oppurtunity for them to slip up. Sure you have to sift through the crap but without it's there's nothing to look for.

Agree 100%, its very hit or miss with the voting on D1.

you really need to start quoting if you are going to build a serious case. show us where she was instigating anything.

Veeery interesting.... I'm not used to this style of play out of rich, you tend to have short (but meaningful) posts, but they are ussually very spread out across the whole game. It seems like you are much much more active this game, and for that I'm going to keep an eye on you.
