I bet you could still cheat, though - did you see toddnbeckas thread about plecos he mailed to Canada? The person said he only got 1 out of 4 plecos or something like that. You could say "I got the package, but it's broken" or "I got the package, but it's not what I asked for" and I'm sure PayPal would still take your side. I would think especially if the seller doesn't have much feedback accrued.

This would be correct. I sold a computer online and the buyer used Paypal. He filed a claim saying it didn't have a hard drive, which it did. Paypal took his side, refunded his money, and I never got the computer back.

Everything is still available. Make me some offers! :dance2:
 
sending money direct to a seller also has risks they can cash your check and never send you what you bought. what is your option then? travel across country file a police report then have to travel back there to sue in smalls claims court.....not worth the time nor hassle your just out that money.
