OK, saw this before I go I will answer.
Well, I would invest him and I think most others would too. It would be the only way besides a shot to know if he was innocent.
Or you could trust him? If he fake role claimed I'm sure the real investor wouldn't cone out by now.
As to the rules. I'm not a big fan of retroactive changes. In hind sight I don't think I would have went with the tie being the end, as the scum can't control the lynch with a tie like in other games. Just something to consider if we paly this format again.
It doesn't have to be a fake role claim. The mafia could get the invest the same as anybody else. There would be no real person to come out.
I'm not saying he fake role claimed. I'm saying it's possible that they are both mafia and got lucky enough to get the invest within the mafia since it's random to who gets to use it. Even they are eligible.
Okaywell I think lots of people over reacted to kash's little mistake but I'm not sure either way. I've told you my main suspects; JS and rich. The reasons for these I stated before but I'll say again for you before sleep. Js seems nervous and not in control, as far as jumping to conclusions then back pedaling. As for rich, the thing I see most scummy is him being so worried and defensive everytime he gets mentioned in a list. A townie wouldn't do this, mafia would.

I see where you're coming from. I'm just not ready for the the game to possibly end. Obviously the mafia would be the ones that have to agree to any changes if the mod chooses to change anything. Who knows, maybe they want an easy win.
