Balloon Red Eye Tetras

Gross

I just don't get it... I love my red-eye tetras. The normal kind. They're neat little fish. I'm not sure why people buy into the "balloon" look. It's gross.

If I felt like I'm ready to start shipping fish, then I would ship you my school, they do nothing but sit in one spot and look pretty.

I get why the big stores stock fish like balloon mollys, but I still think that its kind of unethical to breed mutated livestock.

Goldfish (IMO) were the fisrt "balloon" fishes. They have been ballooned for 100s of years.

We are just seeing the begining---I have seen balloon Rainbows, Red-eyes, Pearl Gourmais, GB Rams, Mollies, Platies, Red parrots, ect.....

It's gross. I don't understand why anyone would compromise the true beauty of the living, breathing creature for a "different look".

I don't like any type of ballooned fish (goldfish included).

I just don't get it............
