Mafia 79:Bio Badlands Game Thread.

I never got to post a "Woohoo - game is on" post.

yeah I'm thinking that we should go that route if JL shows up to play, if it looks like he (or anyone else) will UD then we should still vote to lynch nobody. That way if they show up last second they won't be accidentily killed off.

That's a terrible idea. This gives control of the vote to the scientist's.

So who have you voted for? Which low poster? You have like 4 posts, a fourth of the leader.

You come up with an idea to get people talking, but yet you do not do anything. Waiting for someone else to take action?

Your right JL, I should have placed a vote.

I vote to genetically test Sploke

JL why not make your thoughts into one or two long posts, instead of drawing it out so you become the highest poster? It seems to me that you want to be cleared from being a "low poster", and that you are hiding something.

Morning all!!

Nice to see ya back John!!

After thinking about it more, I have to agree the vote for no one thing may not be the best way to go. We really will learn nothing, but it was something to consider.

Chill coming in and voting no one without any thoughts about it or anything stands out to me right now. Although I do know he has limited time on the weekends to post, and it was what was being discussed at the time...but the fact he didn't put any thoughts about the idea and just did it is what bugs me.

John brings up a good point about Razz, when he (Razz) had said UN hadn't posted yet, but his first post was right after UN's.
So Razz...how did you miss UN's post?

Sploke...any thoughts?

Now here is a rule question asking how many scum there is. Very few games has a known number of scum. Why not just state you think there might be 3. The mod is not going to say how many scum there is if they did not state them in the rules -
I thought that you were supposed to be a really good player JL, why are asking why someone would ask how many scum there are? In the past few games I believe that some mods have hinted or outright told us. Even if it is highly unlikely for that to happen, it could still help out the town if we find out.

Then we get this -

Were you really looking for FF to tell you how many scum there is? You are no noob, but really? Really?

So UN has not posted, but everyone else has? Again, really?

What you talk about is who you are voting for and why.

Watch,

I vote to genetically test RazzleFish.

RazzleFish, posted right after UN, but missed it. Then posts a "rule" question trying to appear helpful. Then passes out some false information.

So RazzleFish, is there three of you?[/QUOTE]
I read this as D1 distancing, as he does kind of have a point but I think razzle was refering to the fact that I generally am the highest poster, and fill the pages with my thoughts and arguments (and randomness:duh:)

ah so if the mod won't tell us IYO then the scum team will?

That's a terrible idea. This gives control of the vote to the scientist's.
Then we know who to vote for next nightfall, the scientists won't blatently go out and vote for somebody when the town agrees that they are all not voting. However, one memeber of the team could do it, and then we might be screwed. In that scenario, I made an outcome thing below:

2 scum

We lose two people D1, lose 1 more but kill a scum D2. Then the labworker vials come into play and all hell breaks lose. With only one scum remaining, it will be 6 to 1.

3 scum

We lose two people D1, lose 1 more but kill a scum D2. Then the labworker vials come into play and all hell breaks lose. With two scum remaining, we have very little chance of winning unless the lab worker gets lucky.

I vote to lynch JL he has been throwing people names into the dirt, and isn't playing pro-town. I thought that maybe we could get by without a lynching on D1, but with what looks like scum out there, I'm going to have to place a vote.
