Well actually if I had gone my own way and vialed Bally we would have won without turning Sploke - but that would have only been because Pir UD'd.

There was never any question that I wouldn't play your plan I just didn't feel any need to let the other team know that. You guys were confident they would go for a BE - I wasn't. If you invested JL and he rolled innocent there were only two unknowns and you would have to test one before you got anymore invest results. Last night's invest was unstopable as there were two of you but future invests might have been moot. Killing a BE might not have been overly important to the scum.

If Sploke was evil and up for the vial he might as well go for the LW. It wasn't too much of a shot in the dark. He could eliminate his team and the two BE's, not a lot of people left to choose from. Besides that I had talked a fair bit about the vials and felt they likely knew. Bally knew you can see it in the scum chat. So if we really wanted to vial an evil Sploke we couldn't tell him what we were doing. Sorry for seeming obsinate and for stressing out your last day G.

Yes I tried at the last minute to warn LG about that scenario. I didn't however explain it as well as you just did.
I really wasn't worried about Sploke taking out the LW. Actually that was exactly why I wanted him to know. I agree it was a gamble, but one I liked.

I was worried about the vial being used on or invest. That would have caused the invest to come back false.
