I don't think that anyone else is scum right now, so why can't I put my vote on who I think is scum. I'm open to voting elsewhere if someone else appears sketchy, but nobody really has. There is a case on sploke, but I'm not going to jump onto him with everybody else and get an innocent lynched. I'm just going to try and stand back and see what is being posted, not necessarily who it's by.

Funny, you said the same thing about Chill and Sploke D1 referring to LG's suspicions and after Razz flipped evil. See below...

I have to agree that it did look odd..... I'm going to wait to see if he posts today before I make any quick judgements on his post and get him lynched for not having enough time to post last night, Same goes for sploke too, lets see what he has to say today before anyone gets too lynch happy.

As for the clearing of me by LG and rich, I really don't see myself in the clear at all. Looking back I could see how not switching could be interpreted as scum, but it honestly never occured to me to switch my vote during those last few minutes of nightfall. When I find scum I stay there, and I had no reason to believe that raz was evil. My thought process was that maybe he made a mistake, and I've seen way too many innocent D1 lynchings of a mistake.

You kept trying to grind it in our heads the JL was mudslinging and smearing people's names into the dirt. IMO what you've done so far is more scummy. Stick to one person but throw a couple popular names out there without really committing to what you think about them.

no I obviously can't know for sure, but I think he is. If he was evil he would be working his butt off to put cases against people out there. He hasn't really done that, although he could just not care about the thread, or is just sitting back waiting for me or someone else to be lynched

I don't see how you can think someone is innocent this early, especially since your reasoning makes no sense. NEVER assume that someone isn't scum because they are not case building...how often do we see every evil being talkative and "helpful"? There are different ends of the spectrum and the fact that you are all but clearing Sploke this early worries me.

So JL was distancing from Razz and is now distancing from UN too? Do you have anything concrete to back up why you think they are scum? Maybe you can start discussion by responding to actual posts rather than throwing out a ranked list that has nothing really backing it up?

Alright now that I have calmed down from my almost UD (It seemed like it was much closer than it really was but still), I can get to better reasons.

When JL started the game, he seemed so interested in post count and how in 20 minutes he could become the top poster while in reality he hasn't said one word. Then after his vote on myself it seems all he has talked about was getting people to vote.

Here is Razz's reason for voting JL.

I meant that he now jokes around about upping his post count, in response to when I first accused him of doing that.

Kinda similar reasoning here UN...not giving me warm fuzzies that you're going after the same person scum did for pretty much the same reason.

Although I am not quite so sure that there is only one evil left...Dr Gene and one evil scientist seems too low to me. And Razz said that he thought there were just 2. Knowing FF I think there are 3...he always wants the games to be harder.

Well, based on UN's rant (which you quoted a good portion of earlier) about JL sullying his hard-earned reputation, I would say yes, there is some distancing/dissociation going on there, whether intentional or unintentional.

I should probably mention that I'm operating on the assumption that we started out with three evil players which would leave us currently with two.
