Mafia 81: The Bloody Coup

Not a whole lot going on except that I see FF is speculating about who the President is. Even though it is in a hypothetical conversation it doesn't seem like something an innocent would or should be doing.

For now...I vote to lynch FF

(It just comes so natural to me to type that)

I have to say this vote stands out the most to me at this point. Yes, I realize FF has "mentioned" a power role. Is it really vote worthy at this point though, or is this an attempt to get FF going all ranty and crazy?

The problem with French toast is the toaster can burn your tongue.
What's the problem with Christopher Colombus?

LMAO, do you actually "toast" it?

No problem with him, but he is part of American History and has a holiday and everything it just amazes me they are not really teaching anything about him in some schools anymore.

No that's just an old Rodney Dangerfield joke.
I meant why don't they teach about him?

I really don't know, but I find it very strange they don't. Not sure if it is just around here or if it is everywhere. Seems like someone they should be learning about IMO.

I immediately wrote myself off as not playing this game when Ice posted the sign up. I remembered the format because I enjoyed it which is ultimately why I did join. I didn't look at the sign up rules and the rules in this game thread do not indicate what the split is...

Has Ice even said that it did end up being an even split? It would be odd for him not to mention that he changed it from the sign up but at the same time he apparently did change the type up of the rules.

Ice, can you clarify that "half" the players are rebels?

I'll agree that initially you weren't going to play, but it was three, or four days ago that you decided. That's plenty of time to remember that the last time the teams were evenly split, not to mention that (as I recall) you were the last scum standing.
Yet you claim that you don't remember your team starting out with four players.
Then you say that you didn't look at the sign up rules, but you think Ice changed them.

Not buying it Pap !

They do, just not in the lower grade/schools. After all, he was neither the first not the best discoverer of the Americas. All the way till he died he thought he had found India, thats where the term "Indians" comes from. And he wasn't the first person to arrive in America, not even close.

This is true, but I know when I was in lower grades we still learned about him, we colored pictures, sang songs and talked about him at least. He also set out to prove the world wasn't flat, if he has a holiday and some schools are out on that day I think they could at least discuss him.

Well, I have to go for now. So far obviously not much to go on, but I will say....Dawgs vote, the discussion of how many on each team, Kash's comments on Noods, they are the things that stand out to me at this point. None of them a huge deal IMO...just the only things that made me wonder a bit.

As far as Zaff's comments to Pap, well there could be something to it...but I will say I don't remember anything from that game either, and apparently I did well. Although, Pap stating that he didn't read the rules in sign up but commenting on how things were changed...well that doesn't look so good
