CP terraium - Plants only

my plants are on their way.... i'm so happy!!! :D

Yay! What did you order?

Sweet! Another one bites the dust.

lol more like "another one takes another mouthful of dust" lol... i almost always had at least one CP in my room when i was younger, and after years of being weirded out (and undereducated lol) about them, my husband suggested the other day that maybe i should see what i could find to put along the rail outside our front door :D so i've begun sussing out materials for a minibog or two at my doorstep. i ordered from cook's, and am now eagerly awaiting 5 typicals, 5 mixed sarrs, a capensis, a scorpiodes, a binata, and two lake badgerups. :woot:

Wow! Nice order. Don't forget pics!!!

what's really nice is how much i paid for them... or rather, didn't!!! :D the typicals and the sarrs are seedlings... 1/2" leaf span on the typicals and the sarrs are 1-2" tall- they were both just 60 cents apiece! :D the various sundews were all between one and three bucks apiece. i love his place... my mom is a landscaper and even she couldn't find me better :D

I bought some of those cheap sarrs awhile ago. they are sooo small. I think I am going to keep them inside because they really didn't grow that much outside in the bog. Guess what I'm doing tomorrow!

i hope mine don't stay small... then again, i tend to kill plants before they can get tall lol... i'm encouraged that these plants will be more or less planted "in the ground"... plants i keep in little pots don't do so well compared to ones in the ground in my house lol

Well, I spent some time repotting the newer kids today, so I thought I'd get some pics while I was at it...

n. jamban... getting some nice looking pitchers

n. jacquelinea... still small, immature pitchers, but they seem to be developing nicely if somewhat slowly.

n. mira... still haven't seen much movement from this guy... not too sure why, but it's still alive, so I'm holding out hope. I've typically seen a growth spurt after repotting, so I'm hoping that'll be the case here.

n. ventricosa x talengensis... pitchers are forming great. I can't wait to see what they look like fully developed. I love the colors.

n. sanguinea... he's been growing really well recently. I think he likes NY.

n. copelandii... dang. That's all I can say about this guy.

And the droseras. I lost the filliformis for reasons unknown, but the rest seem to be doing really well. The adelae just keeps getting bigger. There's a baby adelae (front middle) that's doing well and is as yet un-spoken for if anyone's interested, pm me.

As always, thanks for looking, and if there's anything else you want to see that I didn't post, let me know!
