I need to split these guys up again. Not too sure how many I have but there is a good amount. This is NOT an easy plant for beginners. You will need pressurized Co2 and a good fert routine with softer water. Lighting is not as important as the a fore mentioned criteria.

They will be $15 per plant. Shipping is $6 for priority or $20 for express. They will be the size of the pic below. Picture is of 4 single plants. Not all will have roots, that's just the way they split. It's not necessary for them to grow in your tank. Just make sure you dont have too much flow or any bottom dwellers that may disturb them as they root.

PS

No personal payments via paypal. I like to print postage from there and keep track of everything that way. Just click the "goods" button.

What is the name of the plant please?
Are you sure that it'll live without a root? Because you said that not all plants have roots.

The name is Trithuria Sp. and I have quite a few plants in my tank after breaking up the clumps grow up to nice big bushes that originally had no roots.

b, nice looking plant but you should stick to the scientific name next time. Your addenda of the, um, "popular" name was enough to put me off even looking at this for several days. :)

no I am not going to buy any, do not run CO2 and have no interest in doing so. I have never figured out what natural process puts this into water to begin with, so as to make any plant dependent on it for normal living. At best I can see CO2 addition making plants grow faster than they would in "nature", but can't quite figure out how the lack of it would keep a plant from growing at all.

apologies for off topic, hope you sell out successfully. btw isn't it about time for another sale on the Ken's small portions deal? I am running through the spirulina flakes at an astounding pace. That stuff is fish crack, they just go nuts for it. :)

Trithuria sp. is the scientific name. Unfortunately for some strange reason the majority of people will not call the plant its proper name. So I deceided to put the irronious name in the title to help people know what I have without having to click into the thread.

As far as the kens goes I have the thread and I though that I bumpes it last night.

Also I ordered some more and got some new varieties that I was wanting to try.
