Good guess, I do keep fox snakes here but this is not one.
A fox would not give you that type of pattern on the head.
Nor as babies that golden in background color.

Cornsnake (Elaphe guttata) x Mexican Black Kingsnake (Lampropeltis getula nigrita)
A friend of mine deals with many animals and he was trying to pass this snake onto me for a summer and finally gave it to me as a present cause i kept on saying no, i did not want to buy a half breed. lol but i will take one for free. :hitting:
You know that pic has been driving me nuts. At first I thought it might be a Prairie King because it has the head of a king but I couldn't find anything that looked like it. Glad the mystery has been solved.
