Hi, new here and learning a lot from the forums. I'm trying to set up a 14 gal Aqueon (same footprint as 10 gal except taller by about 3-4inches).

I would like to plant heavily (organic potting soil topped with sand/gravel) but need to be low tech. I will switch out the stock lightbulbs with 2 cfls 'daylight' 60w (5700k).

For say $15, what could I get that would give my tank an attractive sustainable start? Ship to CT Zip 06107

I just have in it now 1 anubias, a ball of java moss, and a small crypt or sword (not sure).

Thanks!

I don't have enough posts to pm, I don't think, but can email you.
Ok, I sent you an email. THanks

I just wanted to say that the plants that arrived yesterday are the best ones I have bought in the last 4 months. Thick, bushy and very healthy. Even with the cold weather on the East Coast, the plants were fine in shipment. Yang, you obviously know what you are doing as an aquatic gardener... Awesome!

anymore anubias left? I'd like to get both petite and regular, and any other low light plants, I have to look up in my plant book what's on your list. Just looking for plants that will do well in low to moderate light and now co2.

Yes, I have both available. For low-light, no co2, maybe Sagittaria subulata, Marsilea minuta, Water Sprite, Potamogeton ***i, Bacopa, Hygrophila Tiger, Lacey Java Fern (Microsorum pteropus 'Windelov'), Flames moss, Java Moss etc.?
