Hey fishkeepers!

You're reading a thread based on my 6 aquariums that I am strangely (or not-so strangely) addicted to.
These aquariums include various dwarf cichlids, livebearers, catfish, anabantoids and more.

So here are the aquariums that I keep as of January 3rd, 2011:

• 35 Gallon Planted Tropical Community

• 25 Gallon Planted South-East Asian Biotope

• 16 Gallon Semi-Planted Axolotl Breeding Set-up

• 14 Gallon Planted Tropical Community

• 7 Gallon Coldwater Community

• 10 Gallon Quarantine Aquarium

As you can see, the majority of these tanks are a work in progress.

I also have an outdoor pond that I will continue to work on as we progress into 2011.

Here are a few photos of my finkids that I am proud to say that I took.. :evil_lol:

And there you go. Expect more rescapes and updates further into 2011!

Thanks Jeff! I never really thought of that, lol, I just went back and looked at the fish photos and realised that they all had their eyes staring right into the camera lens.. haha!

what is you substrate in the 35gallon and how long has it been running?

The substrate in the 35g is very fine black gravel, it's not as fine as sand though. I don't know if it has any particular brand name in the US but I bought it as "Fine Black Gravel".

Haha, it is a cool background isn't it? That's what my boredom leads to!

Did you buy the gravel from a pet store then?

And if you dont mind I would like to copy your hospital tank design
