Tankmates for a jag?

Specially with jags they will eat ANYTHING hahaha. Great fish though you'll love him

I have my jag with a rivulatus, jack dempsey and marble fenestratus. The jag is the smallest in the tank though but they all get on fine I also have 2 plecos and a BIG false upside down catfish...

Depends what 'look' you are going for i guess but personally im not a fan of silver dollars

What size tank is this? And fish size? This could turn into a blood bath if your not careful. I see the Jag and fenestraus destroying the GT, and Jack, then moving in to your plecos and catfish then each other. Which ever one gets bigger first will win.

I have a somewhat aggressive male Jag that over the years has killed most of his tank mates. But over the last 2 years he's paired up with my female Loisellei and they get along great in their 120. The pairing has seemed to mellow him out a bit so I also keep a male Convict Cichlid with him who is totally ignored now.

How did I know you were gonna bring up your Jag and loisellei? LOL. Yeah each Jag is different.
