not sure if i'm liking the new format

And once you get used to Windows 7 it's so awesome.
It is pretty great. I feel like a few things are pushed down my throat that I do not welcome, and I feel like I'm treated a little childishly, but overall it is just way better! Similarly, I think this upgrade was a good thing, and I *know* it was an inevitable thing.

If they'd had the option to have Windows XP or Windows 7 on this new computer, being a creature of habit and tending to trust what's been around for a while, I would have probably asked to keep Windows XP...but since I was forced to, I am growing to really like W7.

I was the same with windows XP platytudes, and now that I have windows 7 I love it.

How long till the mobile site is fixed?

its listed on the stuff to address. I will remind admin and tech staff again. They are whittling through our list. You can see they have fixed notifications,t he chat link, the ad size, etc. We are trying! :)

I really don't see what all the fuss is about, looks and functions much the same to me. Colors changed a little, but other than that it might as well be the same site. I click on a forum, I see threads, I click on a thread, I read threads, I click on reply, I can reply etc.

The one thing I have noticed is there appears to be more spammers after the upgrade.

I don't know , it's funny, it just seems colder, not as warm and friendly :(

Still have two skin options, dark and grey, aside from white.

The dark and gray aren't much better. Too hard to read for these old eyes. That said, there has been no eye-strain or headaches since the ad-size has been reduced, so maybe that was the main cause all along.

Thanks for your concern, my friend.

Yeah, the text colors for the other skins are on the list to resolve as soon as we get to them...
