snails in java moss

My killifish eat the snail eggs they can find and my loaches have some snails for snacks every now and then. The snails eat algae and dead plant matter and my fish eat them (or their offspring). I think they're healthy to have in a planted tank.
HI im new but i recently got a bag full of java moss and have 4 diffrent types of snails growing now, they have doubled and are cute and tiny. Are there any bad risks that come with these snails? thanks.
Jinxy...you can always throw them in your shrimp tanks. ;o)
My Pearls seem to be keeping the population in check which I find quite interesting. I'm always catching them eating them. Not sure what triggers their actions but it is interesting to say the least.
As for the moss, I usually let it free float (or settle actually). Then it will grow in a nice size ball for the shrimp. Unless it gets tangled in a plant, I usually let it do it's own thing.
