Got mine last week, sorry I forgot to update. No noticeable changes yet (obviously, it's only been a week) but they arrived in great shape, as did the complimentary protein flakes which were a huge hit. Thanks a ton!
Just thought i would give you a bump.... received my package of samples today... and WOW what a generous portion, Thank you! My Fish and Pleco's Thank you too... You wont regret buying from him!
I got mine and am using them in my 20 gal setup. I've reduced/limited my EI ferts on this setup and everything seems to be just as healthy as before (1 week use). Will keep updated.

I've been using these in my 60g planted tank for the last couple of weeks.
I must say, I'm very impressed at the results.
