Crayfish compatability

So I'm thinking red cherrys, green caridinas, and I need to look into dwarf crayfish, but preferably something blue.

Would the crayfish bother zebra nerites?

I have a 10gal RCS breeder and was wondering if you can add cardinal tetras with the RCS babies?

I've had RCS babies for the past week now, and my cardinals barely even notice the babies are there. So far, at least.

Dwarf crayfish are reputedly very shy and timid, unlikely to bother anything. I haven't had any yet, but I intend to get some at some point, and have done some research.

I think this post is funny, because I have RCS, I plan to acquire caridina babaulti var green (green caridinas), which my wife promptly dubbed the Christmas Shrimp Combo when she saw them on bobstropicalplants.com, and I am wanting to get blue dwarf crayfish.

Nice! I'm in exactly the same boat. Great fishkeepers think alike hu? Lol. I got some zebra nerites yesterday. Just need to find the others to complete the "Christmas shrimp combo". :)

I have a zebra, horned, and 2 tiger (red spot, whichever common name you prefer) nerites.

I thought about getting 2 tigers and 2 zebras but I want to try and breed the zebras. So to better my odds of getting both sexes, I just got 4 of them. But I read yesterday that they only breed in brackish water. :/

And for that reason, I've been doing some research on setting up a 10 gallon brackish. I have 2 empty 10s right now, so it wouldn't be too terribly difficult. My bigger concern is that my zebra has already found its way out of my 55, and luckily, into my water change bucket. I'd have to find a way to pretty much completely seal the 10.
