Can I mix my two full-grown Angel Fish with my 7 5-6" goldfish? I have a heater in the Goldfish tank keeping it around 78.

Yes, but be wary of nipping on either fish's part. What size tank are they going in?

the temperature requirements of the two dont match

one fish or the other will be unhappy or you will have to keep the tempurature at a constant

They would all be in a 46g Bowfront if I do it, which I probably won't. I want to get rid of the 27g Hex that the Angels are in and give them more room to play. The other tank they could go in is a 120g community tank but it already has 4 Angels (2 striped, 2 gold) (same size as the other two), 3 males and 1 female. These two are male/female mated pair (black/white/gold). It is a 48x24x24 120g, if it were the 72" style, I'd be more inclined to do it.

I have both kinds of fish but wouldn't put them in the same tank... different foods, different temperature, ETC.

The temps are not an issue. Goldfish are fine in tropical temps.

The food is not an issue either, at least it shouldn't be. I only feed and recommend New Life Spectrum which would be ideal for both.

That tank is already overcrowded. That many goldfish of that size is too much for that tank. What type are they? What is the nitrate concentration?

I agree with reptile guy...the 46 is already overcrowded with the goldfish. I wouldn't put the angels in as well.

I also agree with Repltileguy. You should get the goldies a pond or 120+, and THEN move the angels in with them.

Goldfish aren't fine in tropical temps for a long period of time. It speeds up their metabolism and shortens their lifespan more so then it does with tropicals that are adjusted to that temp.
