How would you stock a 2000 Gallon aquarium?

2000g would be a massive school of rummynose tetras, corys, and a couple plecos and other catfish probably.

365g would be a native species tank.

Native would be nice

I'd do like....

24 Altum Angelfish($500 tops)
250 green neon tetras($300)
6-8 unique plecos($100)
24 Corydoras($100)

I CANT EVEN imagine that size tank...the largest possible tank I could even focus on stocking would be like 500Gs...lol

awesome!!! Maybe put in like 100 dividers and breed EVERY FW species of shrimp...?

Lots of "nano" fish...I'm not even sure if I could come up with specific numbers right now.

Or...a Tanganyika replica. That's gotta be close to the volume of the lake, right?

definate local water isotope!! blue spotted sunfish, long ear sunfish, pumpkinseed sunfish, maybe some type of darters, a hogsucker, and banded killifish! Dirt bottom, planted up the wazoo with lots and lots of driftwood!! I guess I shall keep dreaming!!!!!! Have always wanted sunfish....while not very fun to catch, a truly beautiful fish!

Last year I went to an aquarium and they had a giant gourami! It was at least 24"!

I'm going there again, hopefully I can get a picture this time.

With a 2000 you just must have one school of the bigger more-rounder tetras like Diamonds, Roberti, Rosy, or Bleeding Heart.

Why would you have 2 schools of the same dwarf cats (Hasbrosus)?? Replace one school with Pygmaeus, or Hastatus.
