In a 10g long, this shouldn't be a problem if you stay on top of maintenance and over-filter (which I always do anyway). Personally I would get rid of one type of tetra and have 10 of the other, but really it's up to you.

Well I'm thinking of keeping the 10g up since i already have it setup. Probably going to start new with the 29g.
