The line in bold means (and I haven't done the math) I would guess that 9 times out of 10 when an innocent goes up against a scum in a tie on D1 the innocent gets lynched. Whether this is because the Town has bad luck or there is some tampering by the mods I am not 100% sure. That is just how I typically see it go down.
AAF has become an easy vote on D1 for many games. It always seems to be possible to write it off as AAF "taking themself out". No I don't think Zaffy was an easy vote. Yes it was a joke vote, but typically easy D1 votes fall to the less strategic players. It takes virtually no attention to the actual game to make a joke vote. It's an easy way to vote, plain and simple, which definitely bothers me. Should we not try to get scum the first day? I highly doubt that would happen if everyone resorted to joke votes, and then it also hampers D2 when the votes aren't tied to game related material. Just because it's "typical" doesn't mean it's the correct way to go about the game. I understand that there isn't much to dig through on D1, but don't you think that joke voting also enables that sort of problem?
Dawg, I cannot understand how AAF was any easier of a vote than the others placed yesterday. You can look into it all you want, and I certainly regret voting for an innocent, but the fact of the matter is that AAF wasn't forced or bullied into making a mistake like he has in the past. He said something dumb and got called out for it.
I'm still interested in hearing from Coler regarding his comments on Neph that do need clarification IMO. He's still very much on my radar.
Lastly, what do you mean by the line in bold? The coin toss can't go any one way based on anything other than chance, which we can only control by placing the right people on the voting block. Obviously, if Coler is innocent that wouldn't have mattered, and yes, we'd be stuck not knowing AAF's role then. I just don't understand your wording.
