Hello! This is my first post here. I am concerned about my peppered cory because she has skin (don't know the correct terminology) peeling around her nostrils and other patches seem to be looking the same around her body. The water parameters were great last time I checked and I just did a 35% water change. I really don't want to lose her. I have had her for seven years. Can I have help? FYI The white spots on her are just the food she was eating. They are messy eaters.

I would still keep an eye on her. It was likely just excess slime coat produced from a minor irritation, but I'd be concerned over what caused the irritation.

It is really hard to see anything in that picture though.

Okay I will. I think she was swimming around and maybe hit something abrasive like gravel. I have been trying to get rid of my gravel in my aquarium and put sand in instead.
