White clouds may be okay as they occupy the higher reaches of the tank. A little small compared to what I'd recommend, but probably will be okay. Like I said though; watch for aggression and be prepared to move fish around as needed if things aren't working.
Everything I've ever read says they're peaceful and most South American dwarf cichlids do alright in community tanks. I'm not sure about water temps. I've never really researched them in that much depth since I've never intended to keep them.
Edit: Rethought this out, cuz I wasn't sure what you were asking about temperature. Blue rams (Mikrogeophagus ramirezi ) and all their variants will tolerate higher temps and will do better at higher temps if I remember correctly. I don't think Bolivian rams need that high of a temperature, I think they'll do better at more typical aquarium temperatures.
Muldoon, can you rephrase your question? I don't understand, but I've kept kribsis several times...IME smaller females are much more aggressive than males. What size is your tank? What other fish?
