What should I do?

Do a water change and vaccum out as much extra food as possible. Keep an eye on your water parameters (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate) for the next few days. If the fish have eaten all the food, theres not much you can do except hope everything..ahem..passes through OK.

Don't feed them for a few days, then start feeding very very small amounts once a day or once every other day. But definately give them a few days + a water change before feeding again.

OMG! did you spill it?

well net out as much as you can, do a PWC and siphon out the extra food...

Yes, I spilled the bloodworms because I was trying to following the directions (sprinkle them from the can) and not touch them with my hands. So much for that!!

I will heed your advice immediately. Thanks!
