What to do with old 10g & 5g tanks

hermit crabs can be jsut as complicated to care for as fish, they need some pretty special evnvironmental conditions.

I would make the 10G a QT tank.

Is there some type of jelly fish that could go in one of those tanks?

LOL never. there are no FW jellyfish and jellyfish are about as hard to take care of as you can ever get. like I said just make the 10G a quarantine tank.

5 and 10 gallon tanks are perfect for killifish. They will need a cover on the tank, but the set-ups people use for them are very simple. Check out the beginners guide at www.aka.org

My 10 gallon has hermit crabs that my kids had to have from the boardwalk. Other people tell me they don't make it home from the beach alive but ours live forever.

How much room do those cute little frogs need?

I know pacman frogs can be in 10g. I was thinking of getting one but heard they are lungers and have sharp teeth. They could eat a rat. I could carless if it bit be but I would not want to put my rat in danger.

I was thinking of African Dwarf Frogs. They only grow to 1.5" snout to vent and you could have more than one in a 10 gallon.

How bout a heavy planted shrimp tank. turn ur 10 into a low maint plant tank, get some cherry shrimp cple otos and enjoy. ive seen some really nice 10gallon plant tanks
