Possibility for fry?

You would have to ask the petstore, some will buys them and some will take them for free some will give store credit some dont even take em

and I see your point about the mother eating the babies thing, not a happy sight, that y im selling them

I really would not want to watch the mother eat the babies  Could I sell them to a petstore?
A ton of pet stores will take them. I know my Petco or Petsmart would. Just ask around. A lot of pet stores wont take them until they are adults though. You can buy a 2 way breeder at Petco or Petsmart. I have one and it works well for my guppy babies. Someone is selling them here..http://www.aquariacentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=93867&goto=newpost if you dont want to go to the pet store. I suggest getting the smaller one for the babies. And once they grow after youve called around and found a good pet store to take them put them in a bowl or something and take them there. Make sure you put mama in the 2 way breeder before she has the babies and take her out afterwards. The link I posted above, well that person is selling one that comes with a thing you put on the bottom so the fry fall through and the mom cant get to them. But still seperate her from them after birth right away. Mamas love the taste of their own babies when they get a chance :sim: mmm dont they taste good..lol. other fish will love a meal of fry, too.

I'm about This (_) close to giving all my guppies to the lfs. The babies!! UGH! They are the MAIN reason I have 5 (soon to be 6) tanks!

What kind of babies do you have? Maybe I could take 'em :) I have an empty ten gallon right now..

I don't have any. I don't even have any platies yet, I'm going to get them. I'm still unsure of how many to get. Any siggestions?

One male to 2 or 3 females then u can keep a few of the fry

How do you tell their sexes?
